1. Purpose of this Notice
YunoTK operates through the internet and its website may be accessed from different countries and territories.
This Notice explains the international context in which YunoTK.com is provided and clarifies how references to regional laws, services and third-party platforms should be understood.
It complements the YunoTK Privacy Policy, Cookie & Similar Technologies Policy, Terms of Website Use and Disclaimer.
2. International availability
YunoTK.com is publicly accessible online and may be visited by people located in jurisdictions different from those in which YunoTK or its service providers operate.
The availability of the website in a particular country does not, by itself, mean that YunoTK maintains an office or permanent establishment there, specifically targets every jurisdiction from which the website can be accessed, offers every service in every jurisdiction, or that every law of that jurisdiction automatically applies to YunoTK or every interaction with the website.
Where a particular law applies to an activity, YunoTK intends to address the obligations applicable to that activity.
3. Services across markets
YunoTK provides remote content and digital presence services and may work with clients or audiences in different markets. Part of YunoTK's positioning includes helping English-speaking professionals and businesses prepare content for Spanish-speaking audiences.

YunoTK provides content and digital presence services. Unless expressly agreed otherwise and YunoTK is appropriately qualified to do so, information provided through YunoTK.com should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Clients remain responsible for obtaining specialist professional advice where their activities, industries or jurisdictions require it.
7. Client responsibility for regulated content
Clients are responsible for informing YunoTK of material legal, regulatory, licensing or industry-specific restrictions applicable to their business or content where those restrictions are relevant to the requested service.
YunoTK may decline, pause or request modification of work that reasonably appears unlawful, deceptive or inconsistent with an agreed scope or applicable platform requirements.
8. Third-party platforms
YunoTK may provide services involving or related to independent digital platforms. Google, YouTube, Meta and other named platforms are independent organizations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, YunoTK is not their representative, does not speak on their behalf, and cannot guarantee platform approval, availability, ranking, monetization or performance.
9. Geographic and platform changes
Laws, platform policies, technical requirements and digital services change over time and may differ between jurisdictions. YunoTK may therefore modify website information, service descriptions or operational practices where reasonably necessary.
10. Language
The public language of YunoTK.com and its website policies is English. Content may refer to or be adapted for Spanish-speaking audiences, but translations or adaptations should not automatically be interpreted as creating different contractual terms unless expressly stated.
If YunoTK later publishes an official translation of a legal document, the relationship between language versions should be stated in that document.
